We've finally gotten round to integrating our rule based system, XmlMiner, including our rule language, Metarule into Burble, our FaceBook chatbot.
Using Burble's rule language we can select key user entries that will trigger a rule set evaluation. The first we created responds to 'I hate Burble' or 'I love Burble' and triggers a rule set eliciting feedback on what the user likes or dislikes about Burble. The results are then emailed to us.
